We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment across all construction sites while managing the technical and operational aspects of underground utility projects.

Safety Factors
The Project Engineer must consistently model the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure all employees comply with PPE and safety requirements. Regularly assess and identify potential risks and hazards within the workplace, providing recommendations for mitigation. When conducting field visits, adhere to safety protocols relevant to the specific project and promote employee well-being through proactive safety engagement and training.
Safety Equipment
The Project Engineer must wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, gloves, and steel-toed boots when conducting field visits or inspections. Utilize safety tools such as flashlights, measuring instruments, and safety inspection checklists. Be familiar with and have access to emergency response equipment, including first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and evacuation plans. Carry communication devices such as radios or mobile phones for coordination and emergency response.
Pay Transparency Notice :
In accordance with California law, the pay scale for this position is Exempt : $95,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
