Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Join Matt Bowers CDJR (Chrysler–Dodge–Jeep–Ram) in Baton Rouge, LA as an Automotive Technician / Mechanic. In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair a full range of vehicles (CDJR and all makes / models), complete maintenance services, and perform accurate, efficient warranty and customer-pay work. You’ll partner closely with service advisors and parts to keep the shop moving, hit flat-rate hours, and deliver first-time-fix quality and CSI. We’re looking for techs who take pride in clean diagnostics, thorough documentation, and a professional, safety-first approach—compensation : $26–$55 per hour, based on experience, efficiency, and certifications.
