Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
  • Provide tailored outpatient therapy that meets the unique needs of each client, fostering healing and resilience.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients in their mental health journey.

  • Ensure timely completion of documentation, billing, and treatment plans, maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic mental health care.

    • Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
  • Provisional license as required by state regulations.
  • A strong passion for mental health and a commitment to high-quality care.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle documentation and administrative tasks.
