We have an exciting locum tenens opportunity for a Hospice and Palliative Medicine physician in Washington State, located in the scenic region near Buckley, WA. Position Highlights :

Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician (Locum Tenens)

  • Coverage

    • Scheduled clinical hours only; inpatient setting

  • Location

    • Near Buckley, Washington

  • Start Date

    • ASAP

  • Duration

    • Coverage needed through February 1, 2025

  • EMR System

    • Epic

    Position Details : Workload

    Average of 6-10 patients per shift

  • No admissions or call-back responsibilities
  • Inpatient-focused with no outpatient coverage required
  • Temporary hospital privileges are available

    • Support & Supervision

    Will not be required to supervise advanced practice providers

  • No additional on-site trauma or pediatric support required (Level 4 trauma facility)

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certification

    • Board Eligible or Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine

  • Licensure

    • Valid Washington State license or eligibility under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

  • Certifications

    • No specific BLS, ACLS, or PALS certifications required
