The Opportunity

Must be a 3 rd

year of a 3-year program or a 4 th

year of a 4-year program to be eligible.

Up to $50k sign-on bonus available for full-time after residency.

Spanish speaking is a plus.

Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

Sutter Delta Medical Center – Antioch, California

A small community hospital with great relationships with consultants.

100-bed facility with a 27-bed Emergency Department.

Level II Trauma Center and STEMI receiving center.

Annual volume of 60,000 with a 14% admit rate.

Busy ED with high acuity, incredible diversity of pathology, and procedure heavy.

Excellence in Cardiac Care, Excellence in Obstetric Care for Black Women, and one of Becker's 2024 Great Community Hospitals.
