Five years of construction experience is a must. A clean drivers license is required. Ability to multitask and handle multiple jobs is necessary. Manage job sites for residential or commercial projects, manage budgets for each project, supplies, and labor. Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met for each job. Must be drug free and computer knowledgeable.
