Schedule Details :

Nights

8 and 12-hour shifts

Every third weekend rotation and holiday rotation

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000

Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200

RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 (for Advocate Aurora teammates)

Become a valued member of our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will care for a diverse patient population, including :

Post-operative craniotomies

Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries

Stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program

High volume of spinal surgery patients and medical overflow cases

This position provides exposure to cutting-edge techniques as part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII).

Major Responsibilities :

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.

Licensure and Certification Requirements :

Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.

BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Education and Experience :

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Typically requires 1 year of nursing experience.
