Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and measurable impact
Lead client account reviews and deliver insightful reports that connect client goals to outcomes
Mentor Analysts and support the Sales team by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
Native French speaker or equivalent proficiency
5 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or client-facing insights roles
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with a focus on data-driven storytelling
Strong project management skills and ability to understand customer business challenges
Experience in the Fashion, Beauty, or Luxury industries is a plus
