Description : Brattleboro Family Medicine is seeking a full-time Staff MD Family Practice to join our outpatient clinic team in Brattleboro VT offering competitive salary comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment starting Fall 2025.

Job Description :

Provide outpatient care in family medicine or internal medicine to adult and pediatric patientsManage average daily patient load of 14 in a clinic settingComplete administrative duties including charting care coordination and quality improvement initiativesParticipate in on-call phone rotation 1 : 11 to support patient care after hoursWork collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive outpatient environmentMaintain certifications and licensure as required for clinical practiceContribute to succession planning efforts for the practice’s long-term stabilityMust be able to start by Fall 2025
