As the GCRC Onboarding and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in integrating staff into our national platform, ensuring a smooth transition from localized operating models. You will be responsible for creating and executing change plans, educating team members on our client-centric approach, and supporting leadership with people integration. This role is critical to fostering a cohesive and efficient operational structure that enhances the client experience.

How you'll make an impact :

• Change Management : Develop and implement change plans and content to support the onboarding of staff transitioning from localized operating models to a unified national platform.
• Education and Training : Educate team members on Gallagher's operational philosophy, emphasizing our commitment to the client experience and supporting both internal and external clients.
• Leadership Support : Collaborate with the Leadership Team to facilitate the integration of people into our organizational structure and roles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with training resources, provide go-live support, and engage with key stakeholders, including producers, service teams, and leadership, to ensure a successful onboarding process.
