Human Resources Generalist - Payroll & HR Operations

Location : Near Berea, OH (On-Site)

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience)

What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments

Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared

Oversee timekeeping and payroll processes using Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Partner with HR (benefits) and Accounting (payroll) teams to streamline operations and enhance communication

Continuously evaluate and improve HR workflows to boost efficiency and employee satisfaction

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Proficiency with HRIS platforms; Paycom experience preferred

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset
