About Hyperion Apartments :

Hyperion is a two-story garden-style community with stucco exterior. The property located nearby the MEdical center and is close to major highways, including I-10 and Loop 410, making it easy to get around the city to other iconic attractions such as The Alamo, San Antonio River Walk, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. The community is zoned to the highly-rated Northside Independent School District, which is often recognized for its strong STEM programs. For over 20 years, Adara Communities has been dedicated to providing residents of this property with an exceptional living experience.

Job Requirements for the Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician :

  • Supervisory experience (knowledge, skills and abilities) as multifamily property management Lead Maintenance is REQUIRED
  • HVAC Certification is REQUIRED
  • Must be able to effectively train and guide other service staff through the course of the work day. Work as a team leader
  • Assist with completing service requests
  • Assist team with make readies and upgrading apartments; efficiently and effectively scheduling team, assuring that work orders and make readies are completed correctly in a timely manner
  • Must be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule
  • Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by Property Manager
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required

Working Environment for the Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician :

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with arms, hands and fingers; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. Occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or lift 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices (dollies, hand trucks, additional persons). The working environment is typically in an outdoor setting, with an occasional need to leave the premises for business purposes.
  • Property employees are required to comply with the company uniform policy. A copy of the uniform policy is provided on the first day of company employment.
