What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, along with responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and address any security-related issues. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance concerns within the commercial real estate location. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and building management to address the needs of the location and support a positive experience for all occupants. Follow established protocols for access control, visitor management, and incident reporting as directed by post orders and site leadership. Minimum Requirements : At least 6 months of security-related experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
