As a Fraud Strategy & Analytics Expert - Fraud Risk Assessor within PNC's Fraud Risk Governance organization, you will be based at a location within PNC's footprint. The locations are listed on this requisition : Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ, or Dallas, TX. Preferred skills include : understanding of risk framework, fraud risk assessment, fraud detection, fraud investigations understanding of inherent risk, residual risk, and control frameworks, knowledge of Change @ PNC processes, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to communicate with all levels, excellent time management skills, accountable for service level agreements, strong consultation skills, and ability to adjust and adapt. Experience or familiarity with Archer, ServiceNow, Change @ PNC methodology & processes, and Microsoft Suite are also preferred.

Job Description

Serves as a subject matter expert for developing and optimizing fraud strategies using advanced data analysis techniques. Analyzes, extracts, and enriches complex datasets to identify patterns of trends indicative of fraudulent activity. Utilizes data to develop ways to optimize existing processes and procedures. Develops predictive models to forecast potential fraud risks and designs strategies to mitigate those risks effectively. Monitors the performance of fraud prevention measures, provides insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborates cross-functionally with other fraud experts, risk management partners, and external vendors to implement fraud detection and prevention solutions. Trains team members on various fraud strategy and analytics practices. Remains updated on emerging fraud trends and technologies.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $80,000.00 $178,250.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
