Homewatch CareGivers is Seeking an Experienced Caregiver $19-24 per hour (depending on availability and experience) to work 5-6 days per week with at least 2+ years of experience to serve as a Lead Caregiver at a facility or working with seniors.

Lead Caregiver will assist in filling in for Caregivers that cannot work certain shifts, covering sick call-offs, new starts, etc. Lead Caregiver will be paid guaranteed hours each week plus any overtime that is earned.

Must have open availability (work 5-6 days available anytime with 1-2 designated days off)

Will work with a variety of customers for new starts, call-offs, etc.

Requirements

Experience

–at least 3-5 Years or more of Registered Home Care Aide Experience. Certified Nursing Assistant, LVN, or Home Health Aide is a plus.

Skills

– We are looking for individuals that have empathy, compassion, trustworthiness, and are service-orientated.

MUST Have Active California HCA and a TB Test within last 2 years!
