Epic Health Partners, LLC is expanding our team and seeking dedicated Recovery Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in a structured, residential setting for substance use recovery. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and committed to encouraging independence and accountability without providing personal care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor residents to ensure participation in daily routines and adherence to house rules
• Encourage and redirect individuals to promote engagement and accountability
• Support and observe the administration of medications
• Promote a positive, safe, and recovery-focused environment
• Assist with recreational and community-based activities
• Document shift activities and maintain clear communication logs
• Report behavioral or health concerns to supervisors
• Support meal planning and preparation
• Perform health and safety checks
• Maintain the cleanliness of shared program spaces
• Be available for holiday shifts as needed

Rotating weekdays and every other weekend

We are hiringPRN staff to provide coverage as neededfor the following shift types :

Evening Shifts : Monday-Friday approximately 7pm-11pm
