Job descriptionPerform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming. Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences. Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure proper water usage. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job site. Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred. Knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance practices. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects as needed.
