About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician at one of Proper’s subsidiary companies in Augusta, GA, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the property’s physical infrastructure, ensuring safety, comfort, and an exceptional experience for residents. You’ll be hands-on with repairs, maintenance requests, and preventative care of building systems. This full-time, non-exempt role is ideal for someone with technical repair experience, strong work ethic, and a passion for problem-solving.
