Job descriptionSetting : Critical Access Hospital, part of a larger health system. Annual Volume : ED volume is 13,500 annually. Inpatient Census : Average daily IP census is 13 . Adjacent Urgent Care (UC) : The UC is considered part of the ED with an annual census of 14,500 . ED Staffing : The ED is staffed with one MD / DO and an APC on some days . UC Staffing : The adjacent Urgent Care is staffed with two APCs . Required Skills : The provider must be proficient in Epic and all standard ED procedures, including : Intubations Central Lines Chest Tubes FAST Exams Lumbar Punctures (LPs) Transfers : A central phone number is available to assist with tertiary transfers. Certifications : ACLS, BLS, ATLS, PALS
We are seeking a Board-Certified (BC) Emergency Medicine Physician for an ongoing Locum Tenens opportunity at a Critical Access Hospital in Northeastern Wisconsin. This position offers a steady schedule with no call requirement.
