Occupational Therapist / Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Hybrid Position)
Location: Encino, CA
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (Hybrid)
Compensation: $38–$60 per hour, based on experience and credentials

Our therapy clinic in Encino is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position ideal for clinicians passionate about providing high-quality care in hand therapy, neuro rehabilitation, and/or pediatrics.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services within your scope of practice (hand, neuro, and/or pediatric caseload).

• Perform evaluations, treatments, and progress documentation as required.

• Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate, timely notes and support continuity of care.

• Participate in staff communication and case coordination as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid California OT or COTA license.

• Relevant fieldwork experience in hand therapy, neuro, or pediatrics (required).

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

• Ability to commute reliably to our Encino clinic for in-person sessions (hybrid schedule available).
