The Role

We're seeking a hands-on, highly organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. As a growth-stage company, we move fast-and we need someone who's ready to jump in, try new things, and help bring order to the chaos. You'll work across nearly every facet of marketing : events, campaign execution, social, HubSpot, swag management, and cross-functional coordination. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing Director, Demand Generation Manager, Sales, and Client Success teams to support programs that drive measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Campaigns & Coordination :
• Work with the Demand Generation Manager to schedule and execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and QA across email, social, and web campaigns.
• Support campaign performance tracking and data hygiene.
• Event Planning & Execution :
• Own logistics for conferences, webinars, and hosted events-from planning to on-site support.
• Manage vendor relationships, travel coordination, and branded materials.
• Partner with Sales and Client Success to maximize event impact.
• Tech Stack & HubSpot :
• Maintain marketing assets, forms, and workflows in HubSpot.
• Assist with CMS updates and website content coordination.
• Ensure data accuracy across campaigns and systems.
• Swag & Collateral :
• Track inventory and manage swag orders for events, client gifting, and campaigns.
• Coordinate distribution and shipping.
• Social Media :
• Schedule and post on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor engagement and share performance updates.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for campaign optimization, reporting automation, and content support.
