Pay : $38.47 – $47.23 / hr (Based on Experience)

About the Role :

Seeking a Bridge Inspection Supervisor to oversee and perform inspections of bridges, large culverts, and retaining walls in accordance with National Bridge Inspection Standards. This role ensures public safety, protects infrastructure investments, and leads a team of inspectors.

What You’ll Do :

Perform biennial bridge and culvert inspections and document findings.

Supervise and train bridge inspectors while ensuring compliance with FHWA guidelines.

Review inspection reports, ensure quality control, and recommend corrective actions.

Conduct emergency damage inspections, special inspections, and post-construction reviews.

Coordinate repair needs and prepare reports with cost estimates.

What You’ll Need :

Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana or ability to obtain within 6–9 months.

Bridge Inspection Team Leader certification (or ability to obtain within 12–15 months).

Strong knowledge of bridge structures, inspection methods, and safety standards.

Ability to read technical documents, plans, and inspection reports.

Valid Indiana Driver’s License.
