This position plays a key role in shaping our most impactful projects—from airport systems to large-scale automation—by serving as the bridge between technical teams, business development, and executive leadership.

What You’ll Do

Project Leadership & Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and leadership to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Develop and execute communication strategies for high-impact projects, including internal updates and external stakeholder engagement.

Budget & Schedule Ownership

Plan, manage, and track complex budgets, schedules, and resource plans.

Proactively identify variances and implement corrective actions.

Minimize operational disruptions and ensure full compliance with reporting and funding obligations.

Team & Culture Building

Mentor junior project managers and support staff.

Promote collaboration across departments and with external partners.

Requirements :

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

8–10 years of project and construction management experience for complex, operational, capital projects (preferably in airport baggage handling systems or related industrial automation).

Proven ability to manage projects in high-stakes, 24 / 7 operational environments.

Experience interacting with senior executives, stakeholders, and occasionally regulatory bodies.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Expertise in budgets, schedules, resource management, and reporting tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Enterprise Project systems.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to travel up to 20% - 40% depending on project and project locations.

Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
