About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to champion Developer Experience across our growing FinTech platform. In this role, you'll be the engineer's engineer-building the tools, frameworks, and automation that empower development teams to move faster, deploy smarter, and deliver world-class software with confidence.

You'll act as a bridge between development and infrastructure , streamlining workflows, reducing friction, and making innovation feel effortless. If you love solving complex technical challenges and creating solutions that make other developers more productive, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement tools that optimize developer workflows and remove inefficiencies.

Build, manage, and enhance automated CI / CD pipelines for faster and safer deployments.

Improve build systems, testing frameworks, and performance monitoring processes.

Collaborate across DevOps, product, and engineering teams to drive automation and scalability.

Mentor teams on best practices in performance, observability, and test automation.

Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance reliability, security, and developer satisfaction.

Success Metrics

Reduced developer cycle times through automation and tooling improvements.

Measurable increases in deployment speed and test reliability.

High internal satisfaction scores from engineering teams using your solutions.

Minimal downtime or defects introduced through CI / CD processes.

Who You Are

5+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or developer tooling.

Deep experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes.

Strong background in Python, .NET, or React for tool and service development.

Passionate about automation, performance optimization, and scalable systems.

A collaborative engineer who loves improving processes for others.
