Due to our past and continued success and our explosive growth plan for the future, we are looking for a dynamic leader to step into the role of Director of Finance for IKHofmann USA.

Job Title : Director of Finance

Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Reports To : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Direct Reports : 5 (Accounting / Finance & Payroll Team)

Position Summary

The Director of Finance is a key executive leader responsible for the full spectrum of financial management, including oversight of the accounting, accounts payable, and payroll functions. This role will drive financial strategy, ensure robust accounting operations, and lead a team of four, supporting the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals and investor expectations (e.g., Net Operating Result, revenue growth, margin improvement, and liquidity).
• Advise the CEO and executive team on financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation.

Accounting Operations

Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting

Operational Finance & Business Partnership
