Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Loan Closing Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Credit Services team and ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellence in commercial loan documentation and processing.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the credit services team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and finalization of commercial loan documents, including C&I, CRE, and SBA loans.
  • Coordinate audit requests and ensure compliance with OCC, federal, and state lending regulations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and internal control processes to achieve operational standards for speed, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial loan processing, documentation, or closing (legal assistance experience preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, documentation standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
