Project Coordinator
The Service Coordinator / Gear Project Coordinator is a key role in ensuring that Field Services and Gear team delivers a seamless, professional, and customer-focused experience. This position manages the daily execution of service workflows, technician scheduling, customer communication, and service documentation, while also providing inside sales support for service opportunities as well as Gear project coordination of customer accounts. By serving as the operational link between customers, technicians, and sales leadership, this role ensures jobs run smoothly, communication stays proactive, and customers receive timely updates and accurate documentation including Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Submittals. The primary focus is delivering an exceptional customer experience and enabling sales leadership to focus on growth and strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications :
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Familiarity with Office Suite
- Be able to write and speak in English

Customer Experience & Service OperationsProvide accurate Submittals and Operation Manuals when requiredManage the order process from intake to completion with accuracy and timelinessSchedule technicians based on customer needs, availability, and skillsetProvide proactive communication with customers before, during, and after an order / service workConfirm scheduling and arrival windows with customers and coordinate any changesDeliver polished submittals-O&M's, reports, job summaries, and close-out documentation promptlyServe as a point of contact for service / gear-related order questions and escalate issues as needed to specialistTrack and follow through on open issues and orders to ensure resolution and customer satisfactionIdentify recurring challenges and recommend process improvements to enhance better service to our customer baseInside Sales SupportGenerate quotes and assist with order entry for service opportunities and key accountsCommunicate with vendors and purchasing to track orders and provide customer updatesSupport the sales team with service-related documentation and customer follow-upCED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran
