Job Responsibilities

Providing exceptional nursing care in post-acute care facilities

Monitoring residents' conditions and communicating with the nursing team

Tracking and reporting residents' vital signs

Maintaining a safe and clean environment through sanitization and support tasks

Assisting residents with daily living activities such as hygiene, feeding, and grooming

Repositioning and transporting residents as needed

Facilitating communication between staff, residents, and families

Engaging with residents to address their needs and concerns

Following care plans and adhering to regulations and best practices

Qualifications and Skills

Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification

Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Familiarity with medical terminology and nursing procedures

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
