As a Medication Manager , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. This position is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience in medication management who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Administering medications to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring residents for any changes in condition and reporting concerns promptly.
