A company is looking for an HR Specialist to support workforce-related activities for the Veterans Health Administration's RISE Implementation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with personnel realignment efforts and track workforce changes
Analyze workforce impacts of organizational changes and support coordination with functional leads
Develop implementation tools and ensure workforce considerations are integrated into planning and execution
Required Qualifications
6 years of federal HR experience
High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Consulting experience with large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
