Shift : Mids /  1p-1a, 12x3, 36hrs / week

Length : 13 Weeks

Weekend Requirements : 4 weekends shifts per 4 week block.Holiday Requirements : Typically 2 of the 5 (count the eves).

Requirements :

AZ license

2 years' ER experience - trauma Level I / II in the past three years. Level III or CAH not acceptable experience

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS

TNCC preferred

Other Details : Will FloatRatios : 1 : 5 medical, 1 : 6 for fast track.Radius Rule : 100 milesEpic EMR proficiency required and recently used
