This is a full-time, permanent position for a Personal Injury Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience, ready to grow into a leadership role and handle complex personal injury matters at scale, representing people whose lives have been affected by negligence, carelessness, or corporate indifference.

Through this collaboration, you’ll gain practical insight, cutting-edge strategies, and mentorship from a leading voice in personal injury law. You will also have the unique opportunity to play an active role in the implementation and development of Atlas Law Center’s recently added Personal Injury practice, helping shape its growth and impact from the ground up. You’ll work alongside experienced litigators, paralegals, and AI-powered systems to deliver outcomes faster, more precisely, and with more compassion than traditional firms.

• Your Role
• Litigation & Case Oversight

Lead and manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution, including discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Execute with independence, precision, and strategic judgment.

• Client Leadership

Serve as both advocate and guide, engaging clients with empathy, clarity, and confidence. Walk them through each stage of their case, from consultation to resolution, ensuring they feel informed and supported.

• Negotiation & Trial Practice

Negotiate aggressively for fair settlements while preparing each case as if it will go to trial. Participate in mediations, depositions, and courtroom proceedings with professionalism and confidence.

• Collaboration & Growth

Work closely with litigation support teams, paralegals, and AI-powered tools to deliver outcomes efficiently and effectively. Participate in regular coaching, peer reviews, and ongoing learning through Atlas University to refine skills and expand impact.

• Ideal Candidate Profile

You may be a great fit if you are :

• licensed attorney in the State of Illinois

• Possess
• 3–5 years of experience
• in
• personal injury litigation
• A strong communicator and negotiator with proven results in settlement or trial
