Job Description & Requirements Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab) StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $2054.60 - $2251.31 Occupational Therapist need asap Provides assessment, treatment and education in the areas of independent living, community reintegration, functional cognitive retraining, upper extremity function, perceptual activities and assistive equipment and splinting / positioning mechanics. -One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required. -Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school is required. -Masters' degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred. -Current / valid state Occupational Therapist licensure is required. -BLS - American Heart Association. -Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). -Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association. Required Qualifications Occupational Therapist, Rehab Experience : 1 year OT-CO Certifications : BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References : 1 Reference in entire work history -Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school is required. Preferred Qualifications -Masters' degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.
