Salary : Salary : $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year DOE

Responsibilities for the HVAC Installers :

By working closely with the installation manager, warehouse manager and installation apprentices, you will complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the companys financial goals.

Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.

Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.

Adhere to the companys plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.

Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.

Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.

Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.

Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, feedback, and other documentation.

Requirements for the HVAC Installers :

Excellent customer service, punctuality, and professionalism.

Knowledge to install heating and air conditioning systems with a proven track record, but we will help train the right individual.

EPA certification knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.

NATE certification is a plus, but not required.

Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Salary : $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year DOE
