Position Summary :

We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Representative to spearhead new business growth within an assigned territory. The right candidate will excel at prospecting, negotiating complex contracts, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and qualify leads within a designated territory via cold calling, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for various services including uniform rental, floor care, restrooms, and facility service programs.
  • Create customized proposals and secure multi-year service contracts.
  • Regularly update the CRM with accurate client data and activity logs.
  • Aim to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.

  • Qualifications

    What We're Looking For :

  • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in related fields such as uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and managing the complete sales cycle.
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-focused individual.
  • Open to receiving coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
  • Individuals using personal vehicles for business must adhere to UniFirst's minimum auto insurance standards.
