2nd Shift Non-CDL Transfer Driver

Location : Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Job type : Full Time

License : Regular license

Vehicle Type : Box truck / straight truck

Schedule : 2 : 00pm start time Monday-Friday

Hourly pay : $21.00 / hr - $24.00 / hr (Pay for experience) and $1.50 / hr 2nd shift differential

Distance : Local deliveries - return home each night

What You'll Do

As a Non CDL Transfer Driver, you play a vital role in delivering essential electrical products from our warehouse to our valued customers. Each day begins with a thorough pre-trip inspection of your delivery vehicle, followed by loading materials and packages to prepare for the day ahead. You will make local deliveries to other Viking Electric locations and assist with unloading. When the transfer route is complete, you will assist throughout the Warehouse where needed.

You will

• Conduct vehicle inspections at the start and end of your route
• Transport and deliver products with care
• Unload items such as wire, pipe, conduit, and boxes during deliveries
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor with customers
