Entry-Level Accountant – up to $24 / hr – Troy, MI

Workbox Staffing is hiring an Entry-Level Accountant in Troy, MI for a respected automotive fastener supplier . This individual will be responsible for supporting financial operations with a focus on maintaining accurate records using QuickBooks software. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with room for growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Assist with general ledger entries and month-end closings
• Support internal and external audits as needed
• Process employee expense reports
• Prepare and maintain financial reports
• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing issues
• Assist with special projects and administrative accounting tasks
