We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Credit Advisory Underwriting I to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :

• Provides support for commercial real estate credit underwriting and conducts basic credit analysis.
• Works with clients and internal stakeholders to collect due diligence and financial reporting; ensures that all documents collected are complete and accurate.
• Assists senior lenders with portfolio management activities, including periodic loan reviews, internal risk ratings, loan compliance, market research, etc.
• Enters data into multiple BNY systems while maintaining data accuracy.
• Creates reports for management summarizing portfolio performance and trends.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal counterparts, clients, and 3rd party vendors.
• Encouraged to stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and commercial real estate trends.
• Follows proper compliance measures to ensure proper storage and handling of data.
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $91,800 per year at the commencement of employment.
