Support educational continuity by working as a Substitute Paraprofessional, providing supervision and instructional assistance to students across grade levels. This flexible, as-needed role helps schools address staffing gaps without disrupting student learning.
Preferred Qualifications :
Background in education, youth mentorship, or behavioral support
Understanding of basic classroom structure and student accommodations
Willingness to work across various age groups and learning needs
Effective communication and time management skills
Flexible availability and reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities :
Support teachers by assisting students during lessons and group activities
Monitor students throughout the day, including during recess and lunch
Implement learning or behavior strategies consistently
Maintain order, safety, and inclusivity in classroom environments
Record or report any key student observations to designated staff
