Rehab Specialist & Marketing Support
Location : Southwest Fort Worth clinic, Hulen Street, Fort Worth, TX
Schedule : Full-time, typically Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
Compensation : Hourly pay based on experience plus monthly performance bonuses after training; salary option for the right candidate
Responsibilities
Rehabilitation & Patient Care
- Instruct patients through corrective and functional exercises that support chiropractic care plans
- Apply therapies such as spinal decompression and Class IV laser therapy
- Complete movement screens and measure patients for custom orthotics
- Manage patient flow to create a smooth and positive experience
- Assist doctors and the team with treatment support and documentation
- Discuss patient values, wins, and future goals
- Feel comfortable asking for referrals, making product recommendations, and building relationships with patients
Marketing & Community Engagement
Create, support, and post to social media and marketing efforts highlighting the clinic and mission to attract new patientsSet up and participate in community events, health fairs, and outreach programsHelp promote special offers, educational content, and wellness programsQualifications
