About The Position

  • The Transplant Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic.
  • This individual serves as a resource for the BMT / Cellular Therapy, the interdisciplinary team, and other pharmacists.
  • Duties will include the coordination, education, and medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, with oversight of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects.
  • Additional duties will include the coordination and application of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, with management of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects.
  • Participation on multi-disciplinary rounds including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation will be performed.

Job Requirements

  • Looking for a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) – Completed a residency in this area.
  • Few years of RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR) Pharmacist in an acute hospital setting
  • MUST HAVE ONCOLOGY and BMT  EXPERIENCE
  • Candidates MUST HAVE TCT, CAR-T, or BMT EXPERIENCE
  • Must have FL Pharmacy License.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) Required!
