Experience : ▪ Required : One year of customer service experience ▪ Preferred : Previous experience in a high volume or service-oriented environment

Skills : ▪ Good communication skills both written and oral. ▪ Work in a fast- paced environment with a variety of tasks. Excellent organizational and time management skills ▪ Demonstrate professionalism and interpersonal skills ▪ Proven experience of working well within a team ▪ Excellent customer service skills

Licensure / Certification / Registration : ▪ Required : MO Class E Driver's License ▪ Preferred : MO Class C Driver's License with passenger endorsement
