Position : Donations Center Associate
Department : Donation Center
Status : Non-Exempt - Full Time 32 hours per week
Reports to : Facilities Director
About the Role
As the Donation Center Associate , you'll play a key role in keeping our donation center running smoothly and efficiently. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality donation processing, and lead a dynamic team of volunteers-all while supporting the mission of Laura's House to create positive change in our community.
You'll take the lead on sorting and distributing donations, coordinating shipments, all aspects of the donation center processing and ensure that every donor and volunteer has a meaningful and rewarding experience. You will engage volunteers and create a dynamic and positive experience to ensure their continued support.
