Location : Faribault, MN

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay : $20 - $22.50 per hour

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and train the AR team to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and resolve payment issues professionally .
• Offer payment solutions and set up plans as needed.
• Reconcile AR accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare AR reports, aging schedules, and cash flow projections.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings, collaborating with finance, sales, and customer service teams.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships , providing account statements and payment updates.
