Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025 Duration : 14 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse - Critical Care Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift times are 7 PM - 7 : 30 AM and 7 AM - 7 : 30 PM with a 60-minute unpaid lunch. Job Description This position involves providing critical care to patients in a 1 : 1 or 1 : 2 nurse to patient ratio. The unit serves as a specialized environment for high acuity cases, including all heart cases and STEMIs. The role may require floating to other ICUs, telemetry, and medical units as needed. Responsibilities Provide 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 nursing care to critical care patients. Monitor patient conditions and administer appropriate interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Float as needed to other units, including ICUs, tele, and medicine. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred. Previous travel experience is required. Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory.
