Job description

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator supports the companys brand visibility and engagement by coordinating advertising opportunities, thought leadership initiatives, and marketing campaigns. This role will manage speaker and panel opportunities, podcasts, and content contributions while also coordinating social media campaigns, marketing collateral, website updates, and invoice processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at managing multiple projects across teams and vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing activities across events, advertising, and digital platforms to support brand visibility and business objectives.
  • Develop, update, and manage marketing materials including collateral, web content, and promotional assets ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to plan, track and deliver campaigns, while managing related budgets, schedules, and approvals.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, advertising, or communications.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with customer-facing professionalism.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X / Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and scheduling / analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management / event tools such as Asana.
  • Ability to travel (10% to support events, tradeshows, and customer engagements).
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with vendors, shipping / logistics, and promotional product management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management / event tools such as Asana.
  • Security Responsibilities

    Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources. Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance. Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

    Work Environment

  • Duties performed in an office environment and manufacturing facility.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.
  • Physical Demands

  • Lift, carry, and move boxes, promotional items, and event materials weighing up to 40-50 pounds.
  • Stand and / or walk for extended periods of time during event setup, show days, and teardown.
  • Travel as needed to domestic and international locations, sometimes with extended or irregular hours.
  • Work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Operate basic event equipment and tools.
