We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven Business Process Specialists at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver actionable insights across intelligence-related activities. Your Mission

As a Business Process Specialist, you will play a key role in improving organizational performance by analyzing processes, measuring performance, and providing recommendations for operational enhancements. You will support data-driven decision-making and process optimization for intelligence-related activities and programs. What You’ll Do

  • Conduct analysis using internal program and external benchmark data to identify areas of risk and improvement.
  • Develop, refine, and monitor performance metrics to justify and support process improvements.
  • Perform statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of services and products.
  • Maintain accurate records of all visualization and production activities, including visualization requests, product formatting, and dissemination within relevant databases.

Conduct ad hoc and recurring business analytic support, including :

  • Business process mapping of intelligence-related activities.
  • Performance measurement of intelligence-related operations.
  • Stakeholder surveys and feedback analysis.
  • Statistical evaluation and reporting of intelligence activities.
  • Process improvement and optimization analysis.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing actionable insights for decision-making and efficiency initiatives.

    • What You Bring

    Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level) :

  • Senior Level : Master’s degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 17 years relevant experience.
  • Mid Level : Bachelor’s degree + 8 years relevant experience.
  • Junior Level : Bachelor’s degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree.

    • Required Skills & Knowledge :

  • Active TS / SCI clearance.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills to measure and improve business processes.
  • Experience in data visualization, reporting, and database record management.
  • Proven ability to conduct process mapping and performance measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, briefings, and presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate across military, intelligence, and interagency teams.

    • Qualifications :

  • Prior experience supporting intelligence-related operations.
  • Familiarity with business process improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with intelligence process metrics and operational analysis.
