Aerospace Intercompany Buyer

Job Summary

The Intercompany Buyer is responsible for coordinating material, production, and intercompany purchasing activities to ensure on-time supply of parts and finished goods. This role supports production schedules, manages inventory levels, and communicates with internal sites to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and release intercompany purchase orders to support production and customer demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to prevent shortages or excess.
• Track and follow up on order status, shipments, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve supply, schedule, or shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate data in the MRP system : intercompany pricing, transactions, and lead times.
• Create and issue Material Requirements Planning and Work-in-Process status reports.
• Support reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary range for this position is $50,000–$65,000 based on experience. Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
