Job Overview

A respected Chicago-based estate planning practice is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Associate to support its trust and tax planning team. Key Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning documents including trusts, promissory notes, and related instruments.
• Review, analyze, and summarize existing trust documents and complex estate plans.
• Assist with modifications to irrevocable trusts and related planning structures.
• Prepare and file gift and estate tax returns.
• Draft client correspondence and respond to client inquiries.
• Manage multiple client matters with timely, high-quality work product.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on sophisticated planning matters.
• Participate in client meetings and support ongoing client relationships.
