Job Summary

Position : Medical Assistant - Primary Care in Corvallis - This is a full time, benefited, limited duration position expected to continue until 12 / 31 / 2026.

Department : Community Health Centers of Benton and Linn Counties (CHC), a six-clinic integrated primary care system across Benton and Linn Counties. For more information about the CHC visit :

• Clinic Highlights : Primary Care, Community Health Workers, Behaviorists, Nurse Care Coordinators.
• All Medical Assistants may be asked to cover at other CHC sites when the need arises to support the delivery of patient care services. Mileage reimbursement available per County guidelines.

POSITION SUMMARY

Medical Assistants work with health care providers to deliver primary care to clients of the Community Health Center by preparing patients for physical exams, recording health information, phlebotomy, collecting specimens, performing screening tests, and performing administrative / clerical duties related to the patient care process.

MA's work in a patient centered, team-based care delivery model. This position provides support to proactive patient care and care coordination.
